Team Lead Accounting (f/m/x)

As our Team Lead Accounting, you’ll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

• Build our in-house accounting function from scratch, transitioning from external partners in Germany and Austria

• Lead the implementation of DATEV (Rechnungswesen & Unternehmen Online), including data migration and setup

• Design scalable processes and lay the foundation for a robust accounting environment

• Take full ownership of accounting for 11 legal entities, including monthly and annual HGB statements

• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and integration of newly acquired entities

• Build and lead your own team, including two hires and oversight of AR & Credit Management

• Support group consolidation with the Head of Finance and establish a LucaNet interface

• Drive harmonisation of the chart of accounts (ideally SKR03 or SKR04)

• Continuously improve processes and controls, working with internal teams and external advisors

What you will add to our Crew:

• A hands-on, structured, and proactive leadership style

• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally with leadership responsibility

• Strong expertise in HGB and preparation of financial statements

• Proven experience with DATEV Rechnungswesen and Unternehmen Online — ideally including implementation

• Skilled in financial process optimisation and automation, with a strong process mindset and digital orientation

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluency in German and English
