As a Senior Product owner, you will take a full ownership of a critical part of the customer journey. You’ll shape product strategy, define and prioritize the roadmap, and work cross-functionally to ship impactful, scalable solutions.

You’re analytical and deeply customer-focused. You enjoy solving complex, technical challenges and working closely with engineers and designers to build world-class products. From ideation to launch (and beyond), you’ll guide the product lifecycle, always with an eye on performance, usability, and long-term growth.

You will have an impact on:

• Define the mission, strategy, and roadmap for a key part of the customer journey or product portfolio

• Lead a collaborative, cross-functional process to translate user and business needs into high-impact product requirements

• Own the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and definition to launch and ongoing iteration

• Establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs to track performance and report on progress

• Ensure your team’s efforts deliver strong return on investment, prioritizing initiatives with the highest business value

• Clearly communicate product strategy and decisions to stakeholders, backed by insights and data

• Identify and champion new product opportunities that leverage the global scale of our user base and data assets

What you will add to our Crew:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering and Design in agile environments across web, mobile, or desktop applications

• Proven ability to lead high-impact product teams through analysis, ideation, prioritisation, and execution

• Full ownership of the product lifecycle — from research and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement

• Skilled at combining qualitative insights and quantitative data to shape strategy, define goals, and build effective roadmaps

• Comfortable making confident decisions in ambiguity, with a bias for action and fast learning

• Strong problem-solving skills — able to break down complex challenges into structured, measurable steps

• Data-driven mindset: You validate ideas with data and consistently measure product impact

• Experience building or scaling products used by large user bases

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly using data

• Resilient, adaptable, and energised by a fast-changing, high-growth environment

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
