We’re looking for an inspiring, strategic, and hands-on Country Lead to take our operations in Germany to the next level. In this high-impact role, you’ll own the full business performance of your market — leading the team, optimising every aspect of operations, and representing the company at a national level. This isn’t just about managing the day-to-day — it’s about raising the bar, unlocking growth, and being a motivating force for excellence across the business.

You will have an impact on:

• Elevating operational performance and pushing for excellence across all local touchpoints

• Owning the day-to-day execution and performance of our operations in Germany

• Being the single point of accountability for local performance across functions

• Collaborating with central functional leads to co-create and localise strategic initiatives 

• Ensuring every property is ready, compliant, and exceeds guest expectations at all times

• Driving a culture of proactive problem solving and continuous improvement

• Reporting on country-level P&L, operational KPIs with full transparency and ownership

• A structured, data-driven operator who brings clarity and accountability

• Background in P&L oversight, business operations, or business scaling

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to execute at both strategic and tactical levels

• The drive to scale what works, fix what doesn’t, and never settle

• Fluency in German (C1-C2) and English, with confidence navigating local regulations and stakeholders
