Integration and Expansion Manager

You will have an impact on:

• Owning the end-to-end integration process for newly acquired properties, from planning and documentation through to execution and handover, ensuring each step is aligned with business goals and operational readiness.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (acquisition, agency, finance, operations, digital integration) and external partners (sellers, property owners, landlords) to align on legal, technical, and logistical requirements.

•  Jumping in to resolve blockers, whether that means coordinating on-site, addressing landlord concerns, or stepping into execution gaps to maintain momentum and ensure timely go-lives.

• Managing cross-functional communication, facilitating alignment across acquisition and operations to integrate properties ranging from single apartments, entire buildings or a fully operational business with existing employees.

• Building operational resilience by transitioning stabilized projects back to their teams with clear documentation and ownership.

What you will add to our Crew:

• 2+ years of experience in integration, operations, or project coordination — ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.

• A proactive, hands-on mindset — you're the type to jump in and make things happen.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions on-site.

• Comfortable balancing basic project planning with real-time execution.

• Willingness to travel across Germany and Austria.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both German (C1) and English.
