Join us as a Receptionist and be part of our journey as we expand across new markets. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of Arbio and a key contributor to our guest experience, helping us deliver high standards in every interaction.

You will have an impact on:

• Creating a warm and professional first impression for our guests

• Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservation verifications

• Managing guest inquiries, calls, and requests with care and efficiency

• Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring confidentiality

• Providing info about our apartments, services, and local tips

• Keeping the front desk area organised and stocked

• Operating tools like Hostaway, email, and scheduling platforms
  

What you will add to our Crew:

• Strong German communication skills (minimum B2 level) and fluency in English, both spoken and written

• Background in hospitality or hotel front office roles

• You’re comfortable and professional on phone calls

• A friendly, organised, and guest-focused mindset

• Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including late and weekend shifts
