As our Investment Analyst Intern, you will have the chance to join our company just as we are moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly.  

You will have an impact on:

  • Take day-to-day responsibility for investment opportunities including research, analysis, evaluation and reporting

  • Own due diligence tasks, including gathering and organizing information from various sources

  • Analyze financial statements and other relevant data

  • Lead efforts to accurately predict and evaluate future performance by developing financial models

  • Be responsible for the communication with our investments’ key stakeholder

  • Prepare documents and presentations for investment committee meetings and external stakeholders

  • Participate in meetings with targets and report key outcomes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the acquisition process, including legal, finance, integration, and operations

  • Provide general support to the Acquisition Team as needed to help achieve overall goals

Job requirements

What you will add to our crew:

  • You're enrolled in Bachelor's or Master‘s in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related subject

  • Initial experiences through at least one prior internship or working student job in a fast-paced environment is preferred

  • Previous experience in private equity, transaction advisory, due diligence support, or audit is a big plus

  • Ability to research and analyze information

  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking

  • Be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different positions

  • Fluency in German (B2-C2) is mandatory
