As our Head of Growth, you’ll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our AI-driven hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

  • Driving organic growth from the ground up – crafting and testing bold, creative strategies to unlock new markets, tap into fresh audiences, and build long-term traction.

  • Owning a high-impact special project – working side-by-side with the CEO to launch a new, independent business unit that could become a major growth engine for the company.

  • Powering inbound lead generation – leveraging the full funnel: content, paid media, SEO, and smart partnerships to bring in qualified, high-intent leads at scale.

  • Enabling a high-performing outbound motion – supporting and sharpening our outbound sales team with killer assets, optimized processes, and conversion-boosting tactics.

  • Unlocking new business opportunities – driving strategic partnerships, identifying untapped revenue streams, and building relationships that accelerate our market presence.

  • Running experiments that matter – using data to test hypotheses, iterate quickly, and shape our go-to-market playbook with what actually works.

  • Growth hacking like a pro – applying creative, sometimes unconventional strategies to uncover fast wins and scale what sticks—faster, smarter, leaner.

Job requirements

What you will add:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g., startups, consulting, VC, growth hacking). 

  • An entrepreneurial mindset – You take initiative, experiment, and get things done. 

  • Sales & marketing drive – You understand how to generate growth and optimize both B2C and B2B channels. 

  • Data-driven thinking – You analyze, optimize, and make decisions based on numbers. -

  • Hands-on mentality – You don’t just develop strategies; you execute them. - 

  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

  • You’re a German speaker (C1-C2)
