As a GTM intern, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about execution and product development. In the growth team we’re essentially building a start-up within a start-up an we want you to be part of this from the beginning on. We’ve just closed our Series A funding round at Arbio, raising $36 million. We’re now focused on developing and launching our new products, as well as improving and scaling our existing service offering.

You will have an impact on:

• You will proactively reach out to potential customers to understand their challenges, uncover real pain points, and gather high-quality insights that guide what we build.

• Your input will directly influence the product: you’ll help define features, test ideas quickly, and create simple MVPs or prototypes to collect fast feedback.

• You’ll be part of the growth team and support sales of our existing products — from understanding customer needs to helping craft solutions that truly add value.

• You’ll work closely with product, growth, and leadership, becoming a key voice in shaping our path toward true product–market fit.

What you will add to our Crew:

• German fluency (ideally C1) to confidently hold conversations with customers and prospects.

• A basic technical understanding and a strong interest in automation and AI — you don’t need to code, but you should be excited about what modern tools can do.

• Openness and confidence with people: you enjoy reaching out, asking questions, and you’re not afraid of selling or having discovery conversations.

• A founder mentality: you want to build, experiment, learn fast, and make things happen — not just execute tasks
