As our Finance Manager, you’ll join us at a key moment of rapid growth, helping expand our AI-driven hospitality business across European markets.

You will have an impact on:

  • Optimizing Payment Operations: Take strategic ownership of our payment processing, ensuring smooth execution, refunds, and reconciliations across all platforms and entities.

  • Driving Automation & Efficiency: Lead the optimization and automation of payment workflows to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, in close collaboration with Product and Tech.

  • Building Robust Financial Processes: Develop scalable, audit-proof financial processes and control structures, managing cash flows and supporting key financial reporting.

  • Leading a High-Performing Team: Lead and develop a small operations finance team, fostering alignment and driving performance within the function.

  • Facilitating Strategic Growth: Support critical system integrations, M&A activities, and other strategic finance initiatives to enable international expansion and group-level growth.

Job requirements

What you will add:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in financial operations or accounting, ideally within a multi-entity or international setting

  • Proven track record in cash flow management, reconciliation and payment process automation

  • A hands-on mindset: You're reliable, diligent, and thrive in an autonomous role, with a passion for automation and optimization—you know how to make processes smoother, faster, and smarter.

  • Proficiency in Gsheets/Excel, Moss, Banking tools, Accounting and Reporting Softwares (Datev, Lucanet), Hostaway, Online Platforms and Payment Providers.

  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to aligning financial goals with Arbio’s business strategy, with experience in managing or coordinating small teams.

  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
