Are you passionate about designing smart systems that scale and ready to elevate how property operations are run across multiple markets? 

We’re looking for a centralised Property Manager to own and professionalize our end-to-end property operations function. In this cross-functional role, you’ll drive consistency, compliance and quality across our growing portfolio by developing the systems, processes,m and standards that ensure every property is guest-ready, well maintained and operationally excellent, no matter the location. 

You won’t manage local teams directly, but you’ll be the go-to expert and process owner, collaborating closely with country leads, maintenance managers and centralised departments to raise the bar on property management and build a scalable foundation for growth.

You will have an impact on:

• Designing and implementing scalable processes and SOPs for property onboarding, inspections, compliance, and lifecycle management.

• Improving property management systems and tooling, including vendor integrations and task tracking

• Defining and maintaining quality and readiness standards across all locations

• Collaborating with Country Leads to support local execution and identify gaps in process or training

• Working with Maintenance Leads to create preventative maintenance protocols and asset plans

• Aligning with Finance and Legal to ensure cost control, capex planning, and regulatory compliance

• Tracking and monitoring portfolio health KPIs (blocked listings, property conditions, compliance)

• Experience with property management systems and os tech platforms

• Ability to work cross-functionally across countries and teams without direct authority

• Structured, organised and confident in leading change through influence

• Background in building playbooks, SLAs, vendor frameworks
