Business Development Representative (f/m/x)

You will have an impact on:

• Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Identify and qualify potential leads to ensure a strong fit with our offering.

• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and spark interest in our solution.

• Manage and maintain lead data in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up.

• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to seamlessly hand over sales-ready leads.

• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback, insights, and results.

What you will add to our Crew:

• 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or outbound-focused role.

• Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive both verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and resilient in the face of rejection.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).

• Ability to quickly grasp and articulate our value proposition to diverse customer profiles.

• An interest in the short-term rental, real estate, or hospitality industry is a plus.

• German language skills are a must, you're based in Berlin or open to relocating.
