In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership, guiding a team of 3-6 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions. You will shape the team’s technical direction, champion best practices, and work closely with product managers to translate business needs into effective solutions.

• Lead by example by writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code while reviewing and mentoring the work of other engineers
• Define and drive technical direction, setting engineering best practices and making architectural decisions that support scalability and performance

• Own the agile process, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals and customer needs

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Stay at the forefront of technology, identifying and introducing tools and frameworks that enhance our stack and accelerate development

What you will add to our Crew:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally in full-stack roles
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js/React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS
• 
  Strong foundation in software engineering principles — clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code
• Proven experience designing and operating scalable, distributed systems in production
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• 
  Demonstrated leadership experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a focus on mentoring and supporting team growth
